Dr Wong obtained his undergraduate medical degree from the National University of Ireland. He subsequently trained in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and attained his specialist post graduate degree conferred by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK) and Master of Medicine in O&G (Singapore).

Dr Wong has been practicing in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital since 2005 and his last position was Head and Senior Consultant in the Department of Gynaecologic Oncology.

His passion for oncology started very early in his training. He had the good fortune to be trained by very experienced gynae-oncologists. He is skilled in both laparoscopic and open surgeries for cancer and benign cases. He received the MOH-Singhealth HMDP award to be trained in Robotic Gynae-oncologic Surgery in the UK.

As a testament to his dedication to the field of oncology, he was elected through the College of O&G Singapore as Chairman of the Section of Gynaecological Oncology in 2022. As a registered colposcopist, he was elected to be the Secretary for the Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology Singapore (SCCPS) in 2022 and as the president in 2026.

Throughout his career at KK hospital, he has been an active member of the teaching community. He was an Adjunct Assistant Professor for all three medical schools in Singapore. He was also a member of the core faulty for the O&G residency program at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

As a father of three girls, he has become an advocate for women’s health especially in the field of screening and cancer awareness. He has given numerous public talks related to women’s cancer and prevention.

Dr Felicia Chin is a senior consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist sub-specialising in gynaecological oncology, specifically in the area of gynaecological cancer surgery and management. She spearheaded the development of Singapore’s first Gynae Oncofertility service in KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital (KKH), which helps early-stage cancer patients retain their fertility. Dr Chin continues to serve in the public sector as a visiting consultant at KKH.

Dr Chin graduated from the National University of Singapore’s Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2008. She received specialist training at KKH and qualified as an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist in 2016. Dr Chin was then awarded the Ministry of Health’s prestigious Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) scholarship in 2019 to advance her specialist education in fertility-sparing management of gynaecological cancers at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne.

Dr Chin sub-specialises in the surgical management of gynaecological cancers. As an accredited laparoscopic surgeon in advanced laparoscopy for both cancer and benign conditions, she is skilled in performing a range of procedures for cancers of the female reproductive system. Dr Chin has a special interest in fertility preservation for women with early-stage gynaecological cancers. She is also a qualified colposcopist with the Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS).

Dr Chin is passionate about patient advocacy and supporting her patients in their cancer journey through the GyneCologic Cancer Group Singapore. She is also a strong advocate of cervical cancer screening and prevention. She volunteers with the Himalayan Women’s Health Project to bring cervical cancer screening and prevention to remote areas in the Indian Himalayas. Additionally, she has been elected as vice-president of the SCCPS and chairs its Continuing Medical Education committee.

Dr. Ida is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with a steadfast devotion to cervical cancer prevention and safe pregnancy care. As a dedicated women’s health specialist, her journey began at Glasgow University, where she graduated in 1997, and continued with her MRCOG UK specialist accreditation in 2010.

Dr. Ida's approach to pregnancy and childbirth is built on partnership, guiding couples with the information and support they need for a safe and fulfilling experience. Whether advocating for natural childbirth or performing instrumental deliveries and caesarean sections, her focus is always on ensuring safe outcomes for mother and child.

Dr. Ida's dedication to women's health has been recognised globally. In August 2024, she received the International Gynecologic Cancer Society (IGCS) Global Humanitarian Award for her outstanding contributions to cervical cancer prevention in low- and middle-income countries. Her work in HPV-related diseases reflects her ongoing commitment to advocating for female health worldwide as a women’s health specialist.

A passionate advocate for cervical cancer prevention, Dr. Ida assists in shaping national health guidelines. As Co-Chair of the Cervical Screen Singapore Implementation group, she plays a key role in updating screening protocols.

Her advocacy extends to co-directing the IGCS Preinvasive Certificate Program and leading the IPVS Project ECHO meetings, where she trains doctors globally. As a founding member and Secretary of the Asia Pacific HPV Coalition, Dr. Ida is dedicated to expanding access to cervical cancer prevention across the region, further solidifying her role as a women’s health specialist.

Dr. Ida's professional journey encompasses meaningful roles and affiliations that highlight her dedication to women's health. As a certified colposcopist and the immediate past President of the Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology Singapore (SCCPS) between 2024 and 2026, she has contributed to advancements such as the introduction of the HPV DNA test in Singapore. Her qualifications and experience position her as a respected figure in the field and as a dedicated advocate for women’s health everywhere.

Dr Pearl Tong is a dedicated gynaecologic oncologist who has returned from a 2 year fellowship program in Australia with a Certificate of Recognised Training awarded by the RANZCOG (Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, 2016/17) after obtaining her O&G specialist qualification. She is a graduate of the National University of Singapore and obtained her Masters of Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) and is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologist (UK). She manages all aspects of gynaecologic-oncology and her area of passion is in both open and minimally invasive surgery. She also consults on common non-cancer gynaecological cases such as menstrual abnormalities, uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts. A firm believer in giving patients the best quality of life, she pushes frontiers to allow patients to be at the forefront of treatment. She also values working in a tertiary institution with the privilege of collaboration with other specialties and the opportunity to contribute to medical education.

Dr Ho Weng Yan graduated from National University of Singapore School of Medicine in 2009. She completed her post graduate training under Singhealth Obstetrics & Gynaecology Residency programme from 2011 to 2017 and was awarded Best Resident award yearly. She obtained her specialist accreditation and was conferred membership with the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (UK). She is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

Dr Ho was a Consultant in the Department of Gynaecologic Oncology in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital since 2017. She is skilled in minimally invasive/laparoscopic surgeries and open surgeries for both benign and cancer conditions. She is a certified colposcopist and a member of the Society for Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore.

An advocate for education, Dr Ho was active in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical training. She was Adjunct Associate Professor for undergraduate medical education, clinical lecturer for Family Medicine Residency and Core Faculty of the O&G Residency training programme.

As a mother of two, Dr Ho believes in the holistic care of women throughout their life journey. This includes tailoring advice and treatment to individual needs and circumstance from puberty to pregnancy to cancer prevention and screening to menopause. She is a keen patient advocate, and in recognition was awarded the Singhealth quality service Gold award in 2022 and Star award in 2023.

Dr Joella Ang graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2012 and embarked in training with the SingHealth Obstetrics and Gynaecology Residency Programme in 2013. She received her MRCOG(UK) and MMed Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Singapore) in 2017/2018. In 2020, Dr Ang was accredited as a Specialist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, with subspecialty training in the treatment of gynaecological cancer. She believes in education and mentoring of her juniors and is involved in various education projects. She strives for clinical and academic excellence in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and provide the best care to her patients.

Dr Lim Li Min holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the National University of Singapore. She completed her specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Singapore and obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) and the Master of Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) in 2016.

Her current practice in NUH includes general obstetrics and gynaecology and her special interest is in cervical cancer screening and prevention. Dr Lim is a Council Member of the Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS) and is an accredited colposcopist in Singapore. She has been actively involved in research pertaining to this area including HPV epidemiology, vaccinations and self-sampling. She has also been instrumental in organising colposcopy workshops and has been actively participating in public education including public forums and roadshows.

Dr Kanneganti Abhiram graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2012. He was admitted as a member to Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 2014 and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2022. He underwent his specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the National University Hospital (NUH) and obtained a Master of Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) from NUS in 2022.

Dr Kanneganti's practice encompasses all aspects of obstetrics and gynaecology. He strongly believes in individualised treatment for his patients and strives to personalise the care that he provides. He is competent in minimally invasive surgery and has special interests in the management of precancerous conditions in women and cervical cancer prevention.

He has been involved in research in various aspects of obstetrics and gynaecology and has been recognised with the NUHS Residency Research Award. As a strong proponent for education, he is a core faculty member of the NUH Obstetrics & Gynaecology Residency Programme and is the current Site Director for the Family Medicine Residency training at this department. He has been recognised with several teaching awards and the Healthcare Education Research Award in 2021. He has deep interests in simulation training to improve the safety and competency of care for pregnant women.

Dr Chin PS is currently Senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in the Department of Gynaecological Oncology, KK Women's and Children's Hospital. She is Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School Singapore and Clinical Senior Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. She obtained her basic medical degree, MBBS, at the National University of Singapore. She is also Member at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists London, and Fellow of Academy of Medicine Singapore. Dr Chin was awarded the MOH HMDP award and was Fellow at the Sydney Cancer Centre, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney where she had subspecialty training in preinvasive gynaecological oncology. Dr Chin is a Council Member of the Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology with previous appointments as Honorary Treasurer and Honorary General Secretary. She also serves on the executive board of the Asia Oceania Research Organization on Genital Infections and Neoplasia as Treasurer.

Dr Chan Ming Fen Grace (MBBS, MMed (O&G), MPH) is a senior resident in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in National University Hospital. She has an interest in gynaecology oncology, cervical cancer screening and the prevention and treatment of pre-invasive cervical disease. Her clinical research includes work on tubo-ovarian abscesses, cervical cancer screening self-sampling, and robotic surgery in gynaecology.

Dr Yvonne Wong is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Singapore General Hospital and is currently pursuing subspecialty training in Gynaecological Oncology. She graduated with Honours from the National University of Ireland, University College Cork, and subsequently obtained Membership with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK).

During her residency, Dr Wong held the position of Chief Resident and was consistently recognised with the Outstanding Resident Award for her clinical excellence and leadership. Her dedication to compassionate, empathetic care has also earned her the Service from the Heart Award and the SingHealth Quality Service Award.

Dr Wong is a strong advocate for patient-centered care, with a focus on delivering holistic, personalised support that continues well beyond active treatment into survivorship. She currently serves as a council member of the Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology of Singapore and works with various community partners such as Alliance for Active Action Against HPV (A4HPV) to promote cervical cancer screening, champion women’s empowerment and support their overall wellbeing.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr Wong is actively engaged in medical education at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and is a core faculty of the SingHealth Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) Programme.

Dr. Tracey Lim Li-Wen is a consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at The Tow Yung Clinic. She completed her undergraduate training at the National University of Singapore in 1994 and obtained her membership from the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in 2001 followed by her Master of Medicine in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Singapore) in 2002. Dr. Tracey Lim was admitted as a Fellow to the Academy of Medicine Singapore in 2005 and will be admitted to the Fellowship of the Royal College of O&G in September 2015.

Dr. Lim has been practicing as a doctor since 1995 and has worked as a Medical Officer in General Surgery at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Maternal & Child Health at the Polyclinics as well as Neonatology and Anaesthesia at KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital. These rotations were chosen in view of her interest in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Her Obstetric and Gynaecology training was at KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital from 1995 to 2005.

Dr. Lim’s main practice is in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Her special interests are in abnormal Pap Smears, Colposcopy and Pre-invasive Disease of Genital Tract. She was the Vice-President of the Society for Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS) from 2008-2010 and held three terms as the President of the Society for Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS) from 2010 to 2013.

She actively promotes cervical screening and cervical cancer prevention. As President of the Society for Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS), she was one of the pioneer doctors actively involved in the development of the Power Over Cervical Cancer (POCC) website which aims to increase public awareness of cervical cancer by engaging people online using interactive platforms and activities.

Dr. Tracey Lim is also involved in post-graduate education and has participated in the Annual Colposcopy Course and Annual MRCOG revision courses.

Dr. Tracey Lim is a registered practitioner with the Singapore Medical Council and General Medical Council (UK). She has been a member of the O&G Society since 2001 and Society for Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS) since 2004. She was also a member of the Perinatal Society 2001 – 2004.

Dr. Lim’s main practice is in Obstetrics and Gynaecology but her special interest is in abnormal Pap Smears, Colposcopy and Preinvasive Disease of Genital Tract. She was the Vice-President of the Society for Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS) from 2008-2010 and held three terms as the President of the Society for Colposcopy & Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS) from 2010 to 2013. She actively promotes public awareness with cervical screening and cervical cancer prevention.

Dr Ng Qiu Ju is a Consultant with the Department of Gynaecological Oncology in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH). She graduated from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2013. Subsequently, she broadened her knowledge by obtaining the Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCSEd) in 2015. Dr Ng became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist (MRCOG) and received the Master of Medicine (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) in 2019. In 2021, she became an OBGYN specialist and received subspecialty training in Gynaecological Oncology. Since 2022, she is also an accredited Colposcopist.

She is the lead for the Oncofertility Clinic in KKH, which is Singapore’s first multidisciplinary clinic caring for young women diagnosed with Gynaecological Cancers. She also runs the Vulval Clinic, Singapore’s only dedicated clinic for women with vulval issues.

In recognition of her outstanding performance during residency, Dr Ng received the Outstanding Resident Award from 2015 to 2017. In addition, she was awarded the SingHealth Quality Service Award and Service from the Heart award for her excellent patient care. Dr Ng is a strong advocate of patient-centered care and provides individualised and evidence-based management for her patients. She is passionate about Well Women’s Screening, especially cervical cancer screening and the diagnosis and treatment of gynaecological cancers.

Dr Ng is a co-author of the 3rd edition of the popular and acclaimed “Practical Obstetrics and Gynaecology Handbook for O&G Clinicians and General Practitioners”, and contributing author to a textbook on high-risk pregnancies. She is also active in educating and mentoring juniors and medical students from local medical schools.

Dr Ng was the Chief Resident of the SingHealth OBGYN Residency in 2017 to 2018 and Chief Resident in the SingHealth Residency Leadership Programme (SRLP). Dr Ng is also promoting initiatives to improve staff welfare and satisfaction.

Dr Lee graduated in University of Western Ontario, London Canada in May 2007 and started her medical career in Singapore in October 2007. She obtained her membership to Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and Master of Medicine in O&G in May 2015. Prior to private practice, she was a Consultant with Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology in Singapore General Hospital.

Dr Lee believes every woman is unique and care of patients should be patient-centred and affordable. She is committed to integrating evidence-based practices with holistic approaches to empower women throughout their pregnancy and childbirth journey.

With her many years of experience in a tertiary hospital, she is experienced in managing a wide range of gynaecological condition such as menstrual issues, fibroids, polyps, ovarian cyst, polycystic ovaries, endometriosis and menopausal symptoms.

Her special interest is in early cancer prevention, screening and treatment of precancerous condition of cervix, vagina and vulva. An accredited colposcopist, she is currently serving as Council Member in the Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS). Her other clinical expertise in urogynaecology includes the management of pelvic floor disorders, particularly urinary incontinence and prolapse. Her aim of surgery is to be as minimally invasive as possible and to allow enhanced post-surgery recovery.

Training medical students and junior doctors is also one of her dedication. She was a clinical tutor for Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, Faculty Member for SingHealth PGY1 and Family Medicine Residency Programme in O&G. Besides regular tutorials to the juniors, she has given numerous talks in public or GP forum and in conferences. Her contribution in research and publication includes areas of antenatal care, HPV screening, fertility and women’s health.

Dr Lee’s patients and colleagues always describes her as “gentle, friendly and approachable”. In recognition for her devotion towards patient care and education, she received the Service with a Heart Award (2017, 2021, 2024), Long Service Award (2019), Outstanding Faculty Award (2021), Singapore Health Quality Service Gold Award (2023) and Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence (2024).

Dr Lee is fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese and speaks basic Hokkien. She is accredited to perform surgical procedures at Thomson Medical Centre, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Parkway East Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital and Farrer Park Hospital. She is also continuing to serve in the public sector as a Visiting Consultant in Singapore General Hospital.

Dr Grace Cheah is currently an Associate Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in KKH. She graduated from the National University of Singapore School of Medicine in 2017, entered the SingHealth Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency programme in 2019, obtained her Masters of Medicine (Obstetrics & Gynecology) and Membership with the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologist in 2023, and obtained her specialist accreditation in 2025. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. Throughout her residency, Dr Cheah showed outstanding leadership and care-related qualities. She held the position of Chief Resident. Her charisma at work, heart for service and advocacy for patient-centered care earned her multiple awards on many occasions, including the SingHealth Quality Service Award and the Joy @ Surgical Services Award. Dr Cheah's current practice in KKH includes general obstetrics and gynaecology and cervical cancer screening and prevention. She is passionate also about global health initiatives and volunteers frequently with the Himalayan Women’s Health Project in running cervical screening programs to the remote region of Ladakh, India.
