28th SCCPS Annual Scientific Meeting
Successfully Concluded over 7th-8th March 2026

The 28th Annual Scientific Meeting was successfully held and concluded at KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital. Co-chairwomen Dr Joella Ang & Dr Yvonne Wong from Singapore General Hospital organised a weekend of learning that is the highlight of the SCCPS calendar. The theme “Screen, Vaccinate, Empower: Singapore’s Path to a Cervical Cancer-Free Future” was especially poignant as it was held over World Women’s Day, a reminder that with each passing year, we have to ask ourselves what distance has been closed towards this goal.

This year saw 3 special highlights

• After organising colposcopy workshops yearly since 1986, this was the first time it was approved by the International Gynecologic Cancer Society
• The SCCPS Travel Award facilitated the participation of 8 attendees from Malaysia, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
• We were honoured to have Dr. Tsetsegsaikhan Batmunkh, Director of the Public Health Department at the Ministry of Health, Mongolia give the 29th Annual Oration Dinner on 7th March 2026 at SKAI Restaurant to SCCPS members as well as the opening address at the 28th ASM on 8th March sharing her efforts bringing to light universal nonavalent HPV vaccination in Mongolia.
